A very modern-looking caravan that is suitable for winter living.


The caravan has been used with care and attention; from 2009 to 2020 it was inspected and serviced every year!


On the outside, the caravan is in excellent and splendid condition, with only a scratch on the right-hand outer wall. The scratch does not go through and has not needed repair!


The interior is fine, stylish and modern. The upholstery is intact throughout, and the touch surfaces such as cupboards etc. are also in good condition.


The seat group cushions can be used in two different colour schemes; at the moment more red is visible, but when turned around the silver/grey side becomes more visible.


Of course, there are some signs of use visible on the body and in the interior, but this is still a used caravan. However, I must say the caravan has been well looked after!


The electrical, gas, water and heating system functions work. The appliances have been tested and found to be working!!


The heating is the reliable Alde Compact 3010, which will not let you down even at -40 degrees, and with underfloor heating your toes will not freeze 🙏🏼


The heating can also be used on gas / electricity at the same time!


The caravan is fully ready for travel and works as it should! Overall, the caravan is in good condition, with a practical / sensible layout.


The caravan easily accommodates a larger family for sleeping, with space running the full length of the caravan 😀.

There is a lot that is good, but of course there are a few minor downsides too.


  • Elevated moisture readings in the front left corner (as viewed from inside the caravan, front-facing left)

  • Slightly soft in a small area, about 5 cm from the edge of the window seal.

  • Still easy to repair; probably not a big job for someone handy.

  • The scratch on the side

  • We do not guarantee that there could not be moisture elsewhere in a caravan of this age; we have not noticed anything else ourselves, but this does not mean the caravan is otherwise 100% dry.

  • The buyer must inspect the caravan before a binding bid.

  • Otherwise the caravan walls and roof feel solid.

We did not detect elevated readings elsewhere; overall it is otherwise in good condition, and there is no unpleasant smell etc. in the caravan.


The caravan had intermittent moisture up to 2020, and nothing was ever found; this moisture issue found now is recent!


The caravan is not rotten through and is not bad!

Defects and other observations

  • Raised moisture readings in the front left corner (viewed from inside the caravan, front left).

  • Slightly soft over a small area, about 5 cm from the edge of the window seal.

  • Easy to repair, likely not a big job for someone who knows what they’re doing.

  • Scratch on the side.

  • We do not guarantee that there may not be moisture elsewhere in a caravan of this age; we have not noticed any issues elsewhere, but this does not mean the caravan is otherwise 100% dry.

  • The buyer must inspect the caravan before placing a binding bid.

  • The crease visible in the wallpaper is not soft at that point.

  • The walls etc. are otherwise firm to the touch.

  • In a few places the floor sinks slightly when stepped on. (A characteristic flaw; this tends to be the same in many Solifer caravans) in itself, in my opinion, not really a fault.


We have inspected the caravan as a whole and only found moisture in the front left corner.


There is no smell of moisture / mould inside the caravan, the interior has a normal smell.


If you have more expertise and your own moisture meter, you are welcome to inspect the caravan too.
