A tidy and well-equipped Volvo V70 is on offer. The Summum trim provides a high level of travel comfort, including leather upholstery, electrically adjustable memory seat, automatic climate control and Xenon headlights. The spacious estate is ideal for family use as well as longer journeys. The car starts well and the engine runs smoothly. The body and interior are in tidy condition for its age. Included are two sets of tyres on rims and two keys. The studded tyres are in good condition with plenty of tread remaining (8 mm), and the summer tyres are about 4-5 mm.

Observed defects and notes

• The instrument cluster shows a message about scheduled service for the stability control system.

• A slight vibration in the steering was noticed during the test drive at around 80-100 km/h.

• The steering feel is slightly stiffer than normal.

• The driver’s seat seam is torn and can be repaired by sewing.

• The adjustment knob for the driver’s seat backrest is missing.

• There is a fault in the electric folding mirrors: the right mirror folds normally, but the left mirror’s folding motor does not work.

• Early rust and corrosion starting on the wheel arch edges.

• Larger scratch on the right rear bumper.

• Normal signs of use and stone chips on the front end.
