The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
