No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected for condition or tested. They are sold directly in their current condition. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden faults and deficiencies that were not noticed when the listing was made.

The bid price does not include deductible VAT, nor is it added.

• bids are binding, and the item has no warranty, exchange or return right

• the item is sold as is, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.

The item is not new, so faults and deficiencies may be found. The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

Viewing the item Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question; the buyer may not later invoke a circumstance that could have been detected in a prior inspection.

No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please check the products carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check any matters that may affect the purchase decision, such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden faults.

The items are not subject to the consumer sale provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt sent by email within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the bid page. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before pickup or delivery.

Ownership of the items bid on transfers at the time of handover.

Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for any extended pickup time.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.
