The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles in Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
