Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage cost is €10/day/pallet.

The goods are released to the winning bidder, or to a third party by proxy.

Compensation fee for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid: 10% of the sale price
