• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any time exceeding the pickup period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
