• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking the possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeding pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full with interest.
