The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and shortcomings may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters potentially related to the purchase decision beforehand, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup time: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
