The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when writing the listing.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, and it is not added either.

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt sent by email within 2 (two) days, in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions provided by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection time exceeding this.
