• 🛠️ No inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are from direct use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item being sold has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision before buying, including, for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details in the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold as is, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information given in the listing is correct
