• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision beforehand, including for example vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
