The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making any offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please check the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
