I bought the car on impulse during a summer holiday trip from its first owner family, and it was driven without issues for about 1,500 kilometres to Finland.

All original papers and registration documents are intact, including the service book and data card. 1 key.

A well-preserved example, only needing minor restoration. The car is fully roadworthy, but the body needs some attention. Surface rust on the door exteriors and rear end (pictured). Front and rear arches are OK. An easy project, and after painting it could be registered as a historic vehicle. The interior and engine bay are in tidy condition. The underbody should not pose any problems for historic registration. The fabric roof is intact and the roof operates without issues.

The mechanics work well, and the engine runs without misfires. Original exhaust system still in place, including the intact catalytic converter. 4-speed automatic transmission and ASD limited-slip differential.

Among other things, the central locking is dead (not investigated), the radio powers on intermittently, and the driver’s electric window is slow to move. Other hidden faults may also be found in this old car that has been standing for 9 years. The car also passed inspection in Germany after being stored.

Bilstein shock absorbers and springs, brakes, anti-roll bar bushes and steering rods have just been replaced.
