On a short test drive we made the following observations:

  • It spits and bangs; the catalytic converter and exhaust pipe should be removed to see whether something is broken - checked: the catalytic converter is intact and there is nothing loose visible in the pipe. The valve cover needs replacing, the diaphragm is torn, which causes the banging. Added 1 litre of oil. There is play in the inner end of the left front track rod. There is play in the outer end of the right track rod.
