• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there are several bids, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, and none is added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters possibly related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of the vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If any taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any additional collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
