This round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as other movable property

Tractors, excavators, backhoe loaders, lorries, trailers, a Sisu Vetomestari, a Valmet forestry machine, a towed tower crane, a combine harvester, old cars, trailers

All workshop machines, tools and supplies at once, all movable property from a detached house at once, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not been inspected in detail, so any treasures may be found.

Lots ending on Saturday 5 September are located in Vesilahti and on Sunday 6 September in Savikoski, Akaa

The lot will exceptionally be invoiced by email via Ropo after the auction ends

Once we receive confirmation of payment or the bank receipt from the payer, we will mark the lot as paid in the auction.

Collection instructions and street address will be sent by email after this

The lot can be inspected before placing a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the accessories it has at the time of the listing and the sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to auctioned items unless mandatory law provides otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the condition assessment to be applied is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but have been unused for a long time.

So please be prepared to collect them with suitable equipment and bear in mind that they may not be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle.

Collection from this site is more challenging and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any extra time, we charge a storage fee of €250/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the item's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.
An uncollected item will be invoiced in accordance with our terms and conditions at 20% of the winning bid, however a minimum of €200 excl. VAT

We have accepted all bids at 100% throughout our entire operation.
