This round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as other movable property

Tractors, excavators, backhoe loaders, lorries, trailers, Sisu tractor unit, Valmet forestry machine, towed tower crane, combine harvester, old cars, utility trailers

All workshop machines, tools and supplies at once, all the movable property of a detached house at once, a large number of storage units and shipping containers with contents that have not been inspected in detail, so anything could be found.

The lots ending on Saturday 5 Sept are located in Vesilahti and those ending on Sunday 6 Sept in Savikoski, Akaa

The receipt, collection instructions and street address will be sent by email immediately after payment.

The lot can be viewed before placing a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of the listing and sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to items sold by auction unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but have been unused for a long time.

Please be prepared to collect them with suitable equipment and that they may not necessarily be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and scrub are an obstacle.

Collecting the lots from this site is more difficult and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The sold lot must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any excess period we charge a storage fee of €250/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the lot's sale price, ownership reverts to the seller.
For an uncollected lot, we will charge 20% of the hammer price in accordance with our terms and conditions, however a minimum of €200 excl. VAT

We have accepted all bids at 100% throughout our entire operation.
