Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you can exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks, and at the same time you can view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are 10 €/day/pallet.

The goods are handed over to the winning bidder, or by proxy to a third party.

Compensation for cancellation of a binding sale / unpaid bid: we charge 10% of the sale price.
