Warranty:

If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods in person, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which our exhibition has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, storage fee is €10/day/pallet.

Goods are released to the successful bidder, or to a third party by proxy.

Damages fee for cancelling a binding transaction / unpaid bid: 10% of the transaction price.
