If you find any cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as the goods are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, and there is no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products, of which there are thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.

The goods are released to the bidder for the item, or to a third party by authorisation.

Compensation fee for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid bid is 10% of the sale price
