The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item for sale has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: All sales are final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision before buying, including: vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possibletax, registration and inspection details of vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and/or have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower sale price and the bid price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please review the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
