Description:

A spacious, insulated storage/work cabin on a swap-body chassis. The cabin has a sheet-metal clad exterior, electricity, heating, and ready-built storage space/shelving. One long wall has several fixed wooden shelves. The opposite wall has metal brackets for storing pipes, rods or other long items. The electrical equipment includes an electrical panel, sockets, ceiling lights, a wall-mounted electric heater and external power connections. Both end walls have a window. The windows are protected by metal bars. Access is through a metal personnel door with a lock and a heavy external locking bar. The cabin is built on a swap-body chassis, so it can be moved with suitable swap-body equipment.

We charge €30 per day for storage of the item if the product is not collected within seven days of the end of the auction or at the time stated in the listing (for those items where collection is possible). You are welcome to come and inspect the item and assess its condition yourself, as long as you notify us and arrange a viewing in advance. The stated condition of the item is based on a superficial inspection and other faults may also be present. Please come and inspect the product more closely before placing a binding bid. A €99.90 office fee will be added to the auction price, regardless of whether the product is collected or delivered to the customer. The auction listing has been prepared based on the seller's observations; the product may have hidden defects or errors that the seller did not notice when preparing the listing.
