Selling this really great and extensive entertainment library all at once! This collection of around 350 cassettes is a perfect package for a film enthusiast, a holiday cottage entertainment room, or even a second-hand reseller. The collection has been kept neatly on shelves and contains viewing for hundreds, even hundreds of hours.

Collection contents:

• Approx. 350 VHS cassettes in total: Contains a huge number of quality films from various genres (action, thriller, drama, comedy, etc.).

Condition: Cassettes and cases are generally neat and in good condition. However, condition may vary between good and fair. Cases may have chips and cracks.

Terms of sale and delivery: Due to the large quantity (and weight), the only delivery method is collection only.

Notes / defects / faults:
No faults observed in a standard functional test carried out at the time of listing, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The item is, as a rule, functional. However, all features, functions, connectors or long-term reliability may not necessarily have been tested in detail. Any functionality stated in the listing means that the item worked during the seller’s reasonable functional test. Any defects and shortcomings known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The overall condition of the product is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, usage history and similar used products. Expressions such as good, very good, neat or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, as new or completely flawless.

A used item may, regardless of its condition rating, show normal wear due to age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of use and storage. Any known material defects and shortcomings are stated separately. Normal wear and tear of a used item does not in itself constitute a defect as referred to in the Consumer Protection Act.

The item description is based on the seller’s observations, information available at the time of listing and the functional test carried out. The buyer is asked to carefully review the entire listing, images, the item’s age, condition and stated features before making a binding offer.

Internal and hidden defects:
A standard functional test cannot reveal all internal, intermittent or later-occurring faults in a device. These may include, for example, component wear, heat-related faults, contact faults, battery deterioration or other faults that do not appear during a short test. The seller does not promise that the device is technically as new or completely free of hidden faults. However, in consumer sales this statement does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects if a fault appearing later existed in the product at the time of handover, or if the product lasts for a substantially shorter time than could reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a defect appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

Further information is provided by the seller. The item may be inspected and the information given in the listing may be checked on site at an agreed time before making a binding offer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility, before making an offer, to find out whether the product is suitable for the intended use and whether it is compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connectors, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible for the product, although correctly described and in accordance with the listing, not being suitable for the buyer’s specific intended use, special requirement or device configuration, unless this has been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. This does not, however, limit the consumer’s statutory right to rely on the fact that the product does not correspond to the information given in the listing or what can reasonably be expected from a used product.

Batteries, light bulbs, fuses and other wear parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery time shown by the device or operating system is a momentary estimate and not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical item unless otherwise expressly stated in the item description. Before use, the buyer should check the condition of the device, power cord, plug, mains adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

The sale includes only the items and accessories stated in the item description and clearly shown in the images as belonging to the item for sale. Other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 9:00–15:00. The exact collection time will be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check upon collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In trade between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

A warranty is only provided if separately mentioned in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights in respect of defects.

A business buyer does not have the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Act for distance selling. Business-to-business sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
