You may inspect the item before placing a binding bid

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but they have been unused for a long time.

So when collecting, be prepared with suitable equipment and for the possibility that they may not be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and scrub are an obstacle.

Collecting the items from this site is more challenging and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of €250/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the item's sale price, ownership transfers back to the seller.
For an uncollected item, we will charge 20% of the bid price in accordance with our terms and conditions, but at least €200 excl. VAT

We have accepted all bids at 100% throughout our entire operation.
