Not everything has been gone through, so any treasures may still be found!

You do not need to clear it completely, so you can take only what you need!

The sale does not include the 2 tractors or the engines and engine-driven generators; these are sold separately!

The item will exceptionally be invoiced after the auction ends via email through Ropo

When we receive confirmation of payment or the payer's bank receipt, we will mark the item as paid in the auction.

Collection instructions and street address will be sent by email after this

The item can be inspected before placing a binding bid
The item is sold in the condition and with the accessories it has in the listing and at the time of sale
Items sold by auction are subject to the Sale of Goods Act unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the applicable condition assessment is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now for sale were driven onto the site, but they have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore be prepared to collect them with suitable equipment and note that they may not be drivable onto transport.

To avoid disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle

The item must be collected within 5 business days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of 250€/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the sale price of the item, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an uncollected item, we will charge 20% of the hammer price in accordance with our terms and conditions, however at least 200€ excl. VAT

We have accepted all offers 100% throughout the entire time we have been in business.
