• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not subsequently rely on any circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters possibly related to the purchase decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and may also have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any excess pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as-is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the advert is correct
