This round we are selling a large batch of agricultural machines and equipment, as well as other movable property

Tractors, excavators, tractor excavators, lorries, trailers, a Sisu Vetomestari, a Valmet forestry machine, a towed tower crane, a combine harvester, old cars, and car trailers

All machines, tools and supplies from one workshop at once, all contents of a detached house at once, a large number of storages and shipping containers with contents that have not been inspected in detail, so any kind of treasures may be found.

The lots ending on Saturday 5 September are located in Vesilahti and on Sunday 6 September in Savikoski, Akaa

The lot will exceptionally be invoiced after the auction ends by email via Ropo

Once we receive confirmation of payment or the bank receipt from the payer, we will mark the lot as paid in the auction.

Pickup instructions and street address will be sent by email after this

The lot can be inspected before submitting a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of the listing and the sale
The Sale of Goods Act applies to items sold by auction unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation
Under the Sale of Goods Act, the condition assessment to be applied is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now being sold have been driven to the site, but have been unused for a long time.

Please therefore prepare with suitable equipment for collection and for the possibility that they may not be drivable onto transport.

To avoid later disputes, everything is sold as scrap

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brush are an obstacle

The item must be collected within 5 working days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional time, we charge a storage fee of €250/day, and if the storage fee exceeds the sale price of the item, ownership reverts to the seller.

For an unredeemed item, we will charge 20% of the bid price in accordance with our terms, but at least €200 excl. VAT

We have accepted all bids 100% throughout our entire operation.
