The sale concerns commercial premises shares 16132–17015, a total of 884 shares, and 7984–8083, a total of 100 shares. The total floor area of the apartment is 88 m2, which has not been remeasured in accordance with SFS 5139.

The total number of shares in the company is 17,445. Each share carries one vote.

The property is located on two separate owned plots, with a combined area of 3,389 m2 (2,600 m2 + 789 m2). The 1,600 m2 stated in the annual report is incorrect. The number of buildings is three in total: a residential apartment building, 3 floors; an office building, 3 floors; and an outbuilding. The Finnish Forest Centre's commercial premises are in a three-storey concrete building with a metal gable roof. The building was taken into use in 1990 and is connected to district heating. The company has 10 commercial premises, 12 residential apartments, 6 storage units, 2 garages and 22 parking spaces.

The maintenance charge for the commercial premises is €415.48 / month, €0.47 / share. The water charge is €8.95 / month and the waste management fee is €12.60 / month. For the storage unit, the maintenance charge is €47 / month, €0.47 / share. The electricity charge for the storage unit is €2.80 / month.

The company’s annual report mentions the repairs carried out, and that no major renovations are planned for the buildings in the coming years, nor has any condition survey or long-term repair plan been prepared for the buildings. No energy certificate is currently available for the company.
