The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed, and it must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.
