Notes / defects / faults:
No faults observed in the standard functional test carried out when the listing was prepared, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The item is, in principle, functional. However, not all features, functions, connectors or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. Any functionality stated in the listing means that the device worked during the seller's reasonable functional test. Any faults and shortcomings known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The product's general condition is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, history of use and similar used products. Expressions such as good, very good, neat or excellent condition do not mean that the item is new, unused, as new or completely flawless.

A used item may, regardless of its condition grade, have normal wear for its age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of use and storage. Any known material faults and deficiencies are stated separately. Natural wear and tear of a used item does not in itself constitute a defect under consumer protection law.

The item description is based on the seller's observations, the information available at the time of listing and the functional test carried out. Before placing a binding bid, the buyer is asked to carefully review the entire listing, images, the age and condition of the item, and the stated features.

Internal and hidden faults:
A standard functional test cannot reveal all internal, intermittent or later-occurring faults in a device. These may include, for example, component wear, heat-related issues, touch faults, battery deterioration or other faults that do not appear during a short test. The seller does not warrant that the device is technically as new or completely free from hidden faults. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a fault that later appears was already present at the time of delivery, or if the item lasts a materially shorter time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and allow the seller an opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

Further information is available from the seller. The item may be inspected and the information provided in the listing verified on site at an agreed time before placing a binding bid.

It is the buyer's responsibility, before bidding, to determine whether the item as described is suitable for the intended use and whether it is compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connections, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not liable for the item, even if correctly described and as listed, not being suitable for the buyer's specific intended use, special requirements or device configuration that has not been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. However, this does not limit the consumer's statutory right to rely on the item not corresponding to the information given in the listing or to what can reasonably be expected of a used item.

Batteries, cells, bulbs, fuses and other wear parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery time shown by the device or operating system is a momentary estimate, not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical item unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must inspect the condition of the device, power cord, plug, power supply and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

Only the items and accessories specifically mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the photos as belonging to the item are included in the sale. Other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the images are not included unless specifically stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 9.00 am–3.00 pm. The exact collection time will be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Dispatch from us takes 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the transport company. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a fault in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In transactions between a business seller and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

Warranty is provided only if separately stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer's statutory rights in respect of defects.

A business buyer does not have a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act for distance sales. Transactions between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
