Notes / defects / faults:
No faults were observed in a standard functionality test carried out when the listing was prepared, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The device is, in principle, functional. However, not all features, functions, connectors or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. Any functionality stated in the listing means the device worked during the seller's reasonable functional test. Any defects and shortcomings known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The general condition of the product is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, history of use and similar used products. Expressions such as good, very good, clean or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, like new or completely flawless.

A used item may, regardless of its condition grade, have normal wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic traces of use and storage appropriate to its age and previous use. Any known material defects and shortcomings are stated separately. Natural wear of used goods is not, as such, a defect within the meaning of consumer protection law.

The buyer is asked to familiarise themselves carefully with the entire listing, images, the item's age and condition, and the stated features before making a binding offer.

Internal and hidden defects:
A standard functionality test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-emerging faults. These may include, for example, wear of components, heat-related issues, contact faults, battery deterioration or other faults that do not appear during a short test. The seller does not promise that the device is technically like new or completely free of hidden defects. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a later fault existed in the product at the time of delivery or if the product lasts substantially less than could reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a defect appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller an opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

Before making an offer, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for the intended use and compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connections, power system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible for the product, if correctly described and in accordance with the listing, not being suitable for the buyer's specific purpose, special requirements or device setup, unless this has been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. This does not limit a consumer's statutory right to rely on the product not matching the information given in the listing or what can reasonably be expected of a used item.

Batteries, bulbs, fuses and other wear parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery life shown by the device or operating system is only a momentary estimate and not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical appliance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must check the condition of the device, power cord, plug, mains adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

The sale includes only the items and accessories stated in the item description and clearly shown in the images as part of the item for sale. Other loose items, furniture, cables or accessories shown in the background of the images are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check upon collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is done via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery is dispatched from us 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In sales between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing redress in accordance with the law.

A warranty is only given if separately stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer's statutory rights in respect of defects.

In sales to business buyers, there is no right of withdrawal under consumer protection law for distance sales. Business-to-business sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
