Notes / missing items / defects:
No faults were found during the normal functionality test carried out at the time the listing was created, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The device is, in principle, working. However, all functions, features, connectors or long-term reliability may not necessarily have been tested in detail. The stated working condition means the device functioned during the seller's reasonable test. Any defects and shortcomings known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The product's overall condition is always assessed as a used item in relation to its age, usage history and similar used products. Terms such as good, very good, clean or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, as new or completely flawless.

A used product may, regardless of condition category, show wear typical for its age and previous use, such as scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of use and storage. Any known significant defects and shortcomings are stated separately. Natural wear and tear in a used item is not, in itself, a defect under consumer protection law.

The item description is based on the seller's observations, the information available at the time of listing and the functionality test carried out. The buyer is asked to review carefully the entire listing, images, item age, condition and stated features before making a binding offer.

Internal and hidden defects:
A normal functionality test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-emerging faults. These may include, for example, component wear, heat-related issues, touchscreen faults, battery degradation or another fault that does not appear during a short test. The seller does not guarantee that the device is technically as new or completely free of hidden defects. In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller's statutory liability for defects if a fault appearing later was already present at the time of handover, or if the product lasts for a substantially shorter time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a fault appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and give the seller an opportunity to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

The seller can provide further information. The item can be inspected and the information in the listing checked on site at an agreed time before making a binding offer.

It is the buyer's responsibility, before making an offer, to check whether the product is suitable for the intended use and compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connectors, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible for the product, if correctly described and in accordance with the listing, not being suitable for the buyer's specific purpose, special requirement or device setup, unless this has been agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. However, this does not limit the consumer's statutory right to claim that the product does not correspond to the information given in the listing or to what can reasonably be expected of a used product.

Batteries, cells, bulbs, fuses and other wear parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, runtime, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the item description. The remaining battery time shown by the device or operating system is only an instant estimate, not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical appliance unless explicitly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer should inspect the condition of the device, power cable, plug, mains adapter and other electrical parts. A device that appears damaged or incomplete should not be used before proper inspection or repair.

Only the items and accessories stated in the item description and clearly shown in the photos as belonging to the item are included in the sale. Other items in the background of the photos, furniture, cables or accessories are not included unless specifically stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 9.00–15.00. The exact collection time can be arranged separately if needed. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories match the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is done through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their name, phone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. Delivery is sent from us 1-2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receiving it. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photos before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect in the product that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In business-to-consumer sales, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation in accordance with the law.

Warranty is only given if specifically stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer's statutory rights in respect of defects.

A business buyer does not have a right of cancellation under consumer protection law for distance sales. Business-to-business sales are subject to the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
