A truly fine and exceptionally well-kept Nord Star 26 – Volvo Penta D4 260 hp. The boat has had only two very meticulous owners during its history. It is very tidy and carefully maintained. Equipped with a reliable and high-performing Volvo Penta D4 260 hp engine. The engine has been serviced annually, and important maintenance has been carried out on time. Recently, the boat has also received significant preventative maintenance: the injectors have been replaced/refurbished, as have the stern drive bearings and bellows. These are exactly the kind of services that show the boat has been maintained thoughtfully, not just out of necessity.

Overall, the boat is amazingly tidy and in excellent condition. This is an example you can be proud to show and a pleasure to take out on the water.

The equipment is very comprehensive. The electronics are built around a high-quality Simrad NSS12” system. The boat includes, among other things, a large touchscreen plotter, echo sounder, radar, VHF, transmit/receive AIS and a GPS compass. With this setup, you can also head out safely on longer trips and in more demanding conditions.

In addition, the boat has a quality diesel heater, shore power system, pressurised fresh water, fridge, and an absolutely useful and high-quality bow thruster, which makes harbour manoeuvres much easier.

We drove the boat ourselves from Turku to Espoo, and the roughly five-hour trip was pure enjoyment. Admittedly the sun was shining, but there was also fairly rough seas along the way. The Nord Star 26 proved its strength there: this is a boat that is not afraid of weather – on the contrary, it seems to get better when conditions become tougher.
