Engine oil and stern drive oil checked; both were clear / recently changed. Engine test-run: started well and ran smoothly.


Self-built braked trailer 900 kg, inspection expired, not inspected. Functional trailer, but requires inspection and possibly repairs before inspection.

Defects and other observations

Wear and tear consistent with age and use. The boat has been repainted at some point.

The seams around the zips on the cover are torn.

The stern of the engine is a different colour; it has been painted/repaired at some point. (See pictures).

There was text under the engine cover about the timing belt having been changed in 2020. Timing belt replacement and inspection are recommended for the engine.

The Wallas heater has not been checked; its functionality is unknown.

The trailer has not been inspected and requires inspection, with possible repairs for approval.
