Land Rover Range Rover Sport, 2007, Oulu

On a short test drive, we made the following observations: 

-The previous owner drove the car to us from several hundred kilometres away. We test drove it before the deal and the car performed even better than expected.

-The car has now been standing for a week in an asphalt yard; as I walked towards it, the remote key unlocked the doors from a distance. I checked underneath, and the car does not leak anything. I went around the car and would say the body is tidy, with no rust, although there are small scratches. I also checked the summer tyres; they are still in very good condition.

-With the driver’s door open, the first thing that stood out was the torn driver’s seat, but also the seat’s electric adjustment buttons. I put the key in the ignition, the car started briskly and no warning lights were on. The blower worked well and with the automatic climate control set to 20°C, it seemed to blow cool air.

-Put it into gear and onto the road. In my opinion the car shifts gears properly and the engine sounds healthy. On the main road I did not notice any pulling, nor did the brakes vibrate or anything else stand out while driving. In this respect too, the car was better than I expected! After returning, I also checked the studded tyres on board, which were also still in good condition. The rear seats are also included; the car is registered as a van for a lower tax.

-There is also a second key for this car, but I did not remember to test it, as it is in the spare key cabinet.

-According to the previous owner, injectors, battery, starter, driveshaft centre bearing and tow hitch wiring harness have recently been replaced/repaired.

-Come and test the car and see its condition for yourself; this example surprised me in every respect, even though I’m not especially a fan of these.. :)
