There is also an atmospheric lakeside restaurant/bar, rentable beach sauna & sauna boat, gym park, playground, barbecue hut and barbecue shelter.

Kankarinjärvi offers a proper active holiday, where you can travel by canoe or boat – anglers, take note! Kankarinjärvi is a promising zander lake. You will of course find the best zander spots yourself, but it is worth trying the deep open waters and their edges. A local fishing permit and the right to use boats and life jackets are included in the maintenance fee.

About an hour’s drive away is, among other things, Tuuri Village Shop. Nearby there are also several national parks, including Helvetinjärvi National Park and Seitsemisen National Park. The nearest golf course in Virrat is about 30 minutes’ drive away.

The buyer is responsible for the Holiday Club registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax return and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price, no tax is payable if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax return in OmaVero.
