The car was new in service with the head constable of Vesanto municipality, which is why it has the registration XOB-1. After that it has been in the same family right up to the present day.

It has been parked in a carport since 2012, which is why moisture has caused spot rust on the paintwork.

The ignition parts have now been renewed, the carburettor cleaned, the tank/fuel lines cleaned, and all brakes plus some brake lines replaced.

The car was inspected on 4 August with no remarks. It is by no means a restored car, but one revived to driving/inspection condition, so its age shows and it is definitely not flawless.

Good patina all over, and that only comes with time.
