The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been reviewed by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on any circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check any matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
