• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€/day + VAT will be charged for any collection time exceeded.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full amount of any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest.
