The lot is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends 18/08/2026 at 20:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends 18/08/2026 at 20:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61 on the same day.

Detailed payment information will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment feature. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 14/08/2026 at 12:00 to the address

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.
