Resistance can be adjusted in many ways using the included 4 springs of different strengths. By combining springs of different strengths you can build a workout that suits your own goals. The spring strengths are 8.2 / 12 / 20 kg, so they allow strong resistance, for example for leg exercises. The carriage moves smoothly and quietly, making the movements pleasant. Accessories include nylon ropes with rope guides, foot bar, bar, soft shoulder and head rests, as well as springs and resistance bands.

The core of Reformer training is strengthening the body's deep stabilising muscles. Training helps effectively maintain good posture, reduces strain on the back and neck, and supports the mobility of the whole body.
