Stylish BMW in tidy condition for the mileage, with the right engine!


Test drive: Took it for a short test drive and it felt mostly fine. It had been in the previous owner’s daily use for about 8 years. The brakes caused some vibration in the steering wheel. No major rattles or clunks were noticed.


Mechanics: Seemed mechanically fine. On a cold start it vibrated briefly and smoked a little blue; once warmed up it ran cleanly and the smoke reduced significantly.


Tyres: Summer tyres are roadworthy. Winter tyres on alloy wheels, which are in decent condition.


Interior: Very tidy inside for the mileage, with normal light age-related wear in places.


Body condition: The body is also in tidy condition, with stone chips on the front end, and a small dent on the side skirts and the rear bumper corner.


Servicing: Service book is pictured, a decent and regular service history, plus a good stack of repair receipts included for replacement of wear items!


Other: 2 x tyres on alloy wheels, 2 x keys, service book, etc.

Defects and other observations

Modifications have been detected in the engine programming or exhaust systems, which means the vehicle is not roadworthy. The buyer is responsible for repairing the vehicle to make it roadworthy at their own expense. Specification: DPF otettu pois käytöstä.

During the short test drive we made the following observations:

  • DPF disabled

  • Vibrates when braking

  • Tyre pressure warning

  • Produces a little blue smoke and vibrates briefly when started cold; once it warms up a little, the vibration disappears.

  • Repair recommendation for engine oil leak; no information on whether it has been fixed.

  • Basic controls incl. air conditioning seemed to function normally.

The car has not been technically inspected by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. It may have hidden faults that we did not notice during the test drive. It is possible to inspect the car more closely before placing a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
