2015–2016

Engine stripped and block main-bearing line line-bored. Oil pump replaced; bearings, oil seals, cylinder heads and 1.6 L (1600 cm³) cylinders renewed. 45 mm twin-throat Dellorto carburettor. Ignition converted to electronic (points-less). Engine built without compromise and the original cylinder set, heads, air cleaner and carburettor with intake manifolds are all retained.


2016–2017

Body stripped, sandblasted, extensive bodywork and repaint. Wiring redone (implemented with a Rodi box), some glass replaced and all window seals renewed. Interior headlining replaced and new floor coverings ready to be fitted. Engine bay sound insulation renewed and much more.


The car has been driven in summers since 2017 and stored in a warm garage during winters. Mileage since restoration has been a few hundred kilometres per year. Serviced annually.


MOT passed without remarks on 20 July 2026 and next MOT due on 20 July 2028.
