What could be nicer than enjoying the many events, restaurants, theatre and shopping – then returning after an active day to the peace of your holiday home or taking a dip in the spa’s bubbles. The same building also houses lovely Harmony Spa treatments and restaurants.

Walking routes start right outside, giving views of Lake Näsijärvi, the harbour and the sunset.

The Lapinniemi area is excellent: you are close to both the city centre and the Särkänniemi amusement park. Särkänniemi’s “Karmiva Karnevaali” is on this week. Families should also remember the Moomin Museum.

Owning a holiday week is primarily carefree holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning including bed linen so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay.

If you can’t use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or lend the apartment to a friend. You can handle the rental yourself (just inform reception who will collect the keys) or leave the week to Holiday Club to rent out.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 service charge and is entitled to use the apartment from week 41/2026 (Fri 2 Oct 2026 - Fri 9 Oct 2026). Check‑in from 16:00 and check‑out at 11:00.
