Thermo-wood is suitable for all climates, requires little maintenance and does not need surface treatment. It will naturally turn a nice silvery-grey from sun UV unless treated with a UV-protective, pigmented oil or similar. Only heat and steam are used in its production, so it is completely non-toxic.
