For dismantling sale in Jyväskylä (Seppälä): 1 external door.

The door was installed new in November 2013. Regularly serviced and in working order.

Directly from tenant use.

The buyer must dismantle the door by 1 August 2026.

Alternatively, the door can be dismantled for the buyer for €500 incl. VAT. If the buyer chooses a dismantled door, it can be collected on the afternoon of the dismantling day or, if needed, stored free of charge for 2 weeks from the dismantling date in a cold external storage.

The buyer is responsible for re-installation of the door and the statutory commissioning inspection required for that. The buyer is also responsible for any repairs/maintenance required during re-installation.

The item is used and sold as seen. The door is sold/dismantled in fully working condition.

The door is straight and does not have significant marks/dents. There are normal signs of use.

The sale price does not include VAT.

The door can be inspected at: Miilukatu 3–5, Jyväskylä

The buyer must verify the condition and suitability of structures and parts themselves.

Viewings can be arranged by agreeing a visit with the property manager via WhatsApp at 0442582201. Inform the property manager of the date and time in WhatsApp when you plan to view the hall. You will receive confirmation whether the time is suitable. Viewings on weekdays during business hours 08:00–18:00.

Sales terms

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

• The buyer agrees to present and obtain the seller's approval for a dismantling plan that sets out safe dismantling methods for the structures.

• Personnel participating in the dismantling must meet the seller's conditions and the safety requirements of Finnish laws and regulations.
