The item will be sold by online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 30/07/2026 and 23/08/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 23/08/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 19/08/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If a bid cannot be submitted via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 19/08/2026 at 12:00 at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service. The bidder must identify themselves in order to submit the bid.
