Audi A4 Avant 1.8 TFSI Multitronic Le Mans – Well-driven, body shows signs of use!

An honest and very comfortable Audi A4 Avant offered with the popular Le Mans specification. This German premium estate, with just over 250,000 km on the clock, proves that looks can be deceiving: although the body has patina and battle scars, on the road the car feels surprisingly taut, quiet and composed.

Comfort comes from a sporty suspension and excellent sports seats with electric lumbar support that hold occupants firmly. Leather-trimmed multi-function sports steering wheel, automatic Climatronic air conditioning, electric tailgate and a quality Audi Concert sound system make daily driving effortless. Bright Bi-Xenon headlights with stylish LED daytime running lights illuminate dark roads, and the Multitronic automatic changes smoothly.

To keep the auction fully transparent, we’ll be direct about the areas the new owner will need to address. Finnish road salt and time have left marks on the body: the driver’s front wing has quite a bit of rust, and there is some bubbling elsewhere. At some point a traditional method acted as the reversing aid, resulting in the rear bumper being split after a close encounter with a parking post. On a test drive the car otherwise performed normally and pleasantly, but a faint knock/grind at higher speeds suggests a wheel bearing may need replacing in the near future. The car is also due for its routine annual service.

The tyre set includes very good summer tyres with about 6 mm tread depth. Winter tyres are Nokian Hakkapeliittas, but they are nearing the end of their life.

This is a dream project for a small bodywork job or a handy DIYer. The mechanics and driving feel are sound, so with a little tidying and a paint touch-up you can turn this into a really great, well-equipped and long-lived Audi for yourself or to resell!
