An unique opportunity to buy an original Volvo 740 GL INJECTION, odometer approx. 167,000 km. The car has been used by an elderly lady practically from new; she sold it to her grandson in spring 2026. The car has stood in a dry, warm garage for a few years before sale, but even then it was moved and the engine turned over annually. The grandson had the car extensively serviced by a professional workshop in spring 2026. Spark plugs, oil filter, oil, air filter and fuel filter were replaced; a new original-brand distributor and rotor were fitted (€147), the timing belt was replaced, a new water pump installed, all fluids changed, and the fuel injection and electronics box renewed. Shock absorbers have been purchased (one already fitted), a third key made, etc. The car passed inspection immediately. The car is completely original and, as the photos show, in very tidy condition. The interior has grey seat covers (one photo), beneath which is the original reddish fabric in almost-new condition (several photos). The bodywork is virtually rust-free and the underbody is also in very good condition. The windows have no cracks. The car can be registered as a museum vehicle if desired. Everything is original except a chrome trim on the exhaust, which can be removed. Even the radio is original and works. In museum registration the inspection is only every four years and taxes/usage fees are very low. The car has a towbar which can be folded away. There are two sets of tyres in fairly good condition; the winter tyres are non-studded. Fog lights, hubcaps. Service book. Rarely is such a well-preserved saloon Volvo offered with so few kilometres.
